This week we will be exploring how to manage your stress level not only during the holidays, but throughout the whole year. We are joined by Dr. Allen Elkin, author of “Stress Management For Dummies." Dr. Elkin isn’t just your typical Ph.D. in clinical psychology with a thing or two to say about stress. He is the director of the Stress Management and Counseling Center in New York City and a nationally known expert on the subject. We’re bringing in the big guns to fight stress this week!
